Not a reissue, this is the real thing in first class condition and ready to play some more. It's been my go-to amp for years, it always sounds great for six-string or pedal steel guitar, takes pedals well and has a sublime reverb tank. I have always kept it that way with my old-school electron management skills, but these days I have needed either a smaller, lighter package, more power, or both, so it's been idle and it's time to thin the herd. I'll bet someone else will use it more than me.
All necessary safety and circuit integrity upgrades have been performed, including a full cap job, grid resistors on the output stage (a critical safety omission in the AA763 circuit corrected in the AB763 circuit), 3-prong power cord, clipped "death cap" and rebuilt bias section. All replacement parts are of the highest quality for best possible tone and durabilty.
The grill cloth has been replaced, the speaker is a vintage JBL D130F with a K130 cone, and the power transformer is a factory replacement with a mid-1967 date code, unknown history from before my time but it's a real honey, putting +485 to +495 volts onto the plates of the matched TAD 6L6WGC-STR output set with bias set at 31-32 ma. Other tubes are new Mullard GZ34 rectifier and 12AT7 inverter, Tung-Sol 12AT7 reverb driver, and TAD 7025 channel 1 input, a vintage RCA 12AX7 vibrato driver, and two vintage USA-made 7025's for channel 2 input and reverb recovery/mixer.
Everything else is original and as built in 1964, including all switches, control pots, and those magical blue tone caps. All replaced parts will be included, excepting only the grill cloth. Includes a new vinyl cover, Vibrato switch, fuses, Yellow Jacket solid-state rectifier, and a full set of spare tubes.

I will not ship this amp. I will happily drive some considerable distance to meet another forum member. Talk to me, I want this sweetheart to have a loving home.
$4500 complete with spare tubes, fuses, schematics, etc. This is one of the finest remaining examples of this superb tube amplifier. This price is well under the current market value and available only to forum members.

I do not need another amp. What a great Deal on a holy grail Fender amp. I grew up listening to SRV & trying to play my Strat like him. All SRV fans love this amp.
I'm in San Diego. Do your travels ever take you out my way?

No electrical purpose or effect to the turns, the loops are only an aid in nondestructive lead replacement and future maintenance, allowing some flexibility to the leads in soldering, reducing physical stress and protecting against damage from vibration or accidental shock to the chassis. The foam strip in the cover holds the caps themselves quite snugly in place without tension to the leads themselves.

This is a great price on a well-maintained workhorse, I would strongly prefer it go to a forum member than a random online buyer, talk to me. I will gladly provide warranty service for this reliable old friend. It's just too heavy for my aging body to pack up and down stairs.
