Hi all,

I have joined the forum to sell my fathers pedal steel guitar.
Unfortunately he is is no longer fit and able to play.

The guitar is an Emmons Lashley LeGrande Double Neck Pedal Steel with 8 pedals and 4 knee levers.

It appears to be well looked after with hard case and bags for the legs.

The guitar is in Melbourne Australia.

I'm not completely sure of what would be a resonable price so I'm hoping for some guidance.
Is $5,000 - $6,000 $AU a resonable price?

Thanks for your interest and any guidance provided.

I don't know the currency exchange for Australia.

In the US, this would currently have a value between $3500 and $4500 US Dollars

Some conversions, as of Aug 8, 2024:

$5000 AU = $3285.90 USD
$6000 AU = $3943.08 USD

$3500 USD = $5325.79 AU
$4500 USD = $6847.44 AU

To the OP: just a heads up, people are going to want to see the underside of the guitar before they make a decision

All the best
