5 pedal E9 copedent

Hi all. I am building a guitar and I wanted to ask for any insight or suggestions for a 4 knee 5 pedal E9 copedent. I plan on raising and lowering E's with left knee. B-Bb and string 2 and 9 lowers on right knee, as this is my personal preference. Emmons ABC pedals with one to the left of A and one to the right of C. Any ideas out there?

I got several ideas but first I would like to know what kind of music you want to play on the instrument as it will favor certain changes instead of others.

Pedal to the left of the A pedal could do both string 6 & 3 G# down to G
Another option would be 6th string G#-A# and maybe also 5th string B-C#

For the pedal to the right of C pedal I would consider strings 7 & 1 F# to F

The 6th string G#-A# and maybe also 5th string B-C# will also work in this position next to the C pedal

7 F#-G and 6 G#-A also works next to the C pedal.

Just make sure you have at least 2 pullrods available for each of the ectra pedals in case you want to experiment with different options.

it may be outdated but here's Paul Franklin's setup as found here on the forum.

I know some players prefer his "Franklin pedal" on the first pedal but he's got it on pedal 4. the other change he really popularized is on his RKR raising 1,2 and 7. interesting he doesn't have the B to Bb change

10th string B-A & 6th string G#-A will also work nicely next to the C pedal.

1 of the pedals you my want to consider, Lower the E to D# like on your lower E's on LK. If you want to use a lot of C6 voicing on the E9th neck. Holding the pedal down is easier the holding the knee lever over long periods of playing.

Thanks fellas for all the suggestions! A pedal raising 6 G#-A and 7 F#-G looks like a top contender for the way it works right next to the C pedal. I can imagine playing the intro to Freddie the Freeloader with just those two pedals. I might want to drop 10 B-A along with it as well so I can maintain the root and rock between a dominant 9th and 13th chord just with the C pedal. I dig it! I'm sure there are way more chords and movements it would unlock, that was just the first one to jump out at me.

I had also thought about a 9 D-D# and liked it at first, but it has some redundancy.

I'm leaning towards 6 G#-A, 7 F#-G, and 10 B-A for C pedals neighbor.

Great ideas all worth considering.
