There is a good article of the Robert's Western World 25th anniversary Celebration in Saving Country Music.com.

The 'Wanted for Steelin' showcase had 5 players on stage, Lynn Owsley being one, hope someone can identify the rest. Sounds like it was a great day for country music!

Update, Kevin Smith, who wrote the review, identified the player in the photo. From left to right, Tommy Hannum, Lynn Owsley, Eddie Lange, Leo Grasl, and Neil Jones.

Great job guys!

Tommy Hannum was the steel player with Ricky Van Shelton, and also played in Clay Walker's band in '08 or '09, then played steel on tour with Wynonna.
