Hello friends,

I have recently purchased an amp built by Artist
Guitars. It is a tube amp, my first, and wanted to
See what the folks here thought of this sound for the pedal steel. I'm very pleased with it so far, it's got a nice clean channel, and says it's 20 watts, with a 12 inch Celestion speaker.Perhaps there are some others who have tried these amps for the pedal steel too.

I apologize for my fumbling in some of this song.

Hello guys, thank you all for your kind comments,
I'm glad that you enjoyed listening to it.
I have got back into playing a bit more recently,
and wanted to try a tube amp out, and decided on this one. So far I like the way it sounds, and really appreciate you guy's input about it.
I love to play these gospel songs, this one is one
of my favorites too.

Thank you again,

Best regards
Marcus

Being the gearhead that I am, I went to the site www.artist-guitars.com and looked at the specs on the 20 watter. Interesting that those EL84 tubes have that nice and clean tone on your Emmons BR. It also seems like a very good price for this all tube amp.

Also, poking around there, I looked at their guitars and now they got me jonesing for their TC Tele style guitar.

Thank you Jerry,

The folks at Artist have done a nice
job with this little amp, and it is quite a good size for carrying around. I like the sparkle in the sound that it produces. It does have a nice clean channel on it. I'm very new to tubes, and am interested to learn more. Yes, I thought the price was pretty good too for this one.

They do have some nice guitars, and I've found the
Customer service to be very good.

Best regards
Marcus

Marcus, good work and a decent sound from that little artist. I watched a few of your other videos and have a question. Do you use tab when learning a new piece or is it a listen and figure it out method? I got a few tabs but never really stick with them. I liked your version of "Room on the Cross" and plan on doing something similar on that piece. Thanks for the amp demo.
