My Rose 12 string hand built one of a kind D13 8x6 pedal steel. The cabinet was made from walnut cut in the 50's and aged in a barn for 30 years. converted into Pedal Steel cabinet by J R Rose then converted into a pedal steel by Darvin Willhoite and then converted to Johnny Cox's D13 tuning specifically for me. It plays like butter, sounds amazing and is probably one of the best engineered steels I've ever played.

That is certainly a handsome instrument, enjoy it in good health.
How many raises and lowers are on that changer? |

From the original listing " used an MSA triple raise/triple lower changer on it which I modified to use raise helper springs to ease up the pedal/lever action a bit. I also used adjustable return springs which MSA didn't." _________________ Check out the Steel Guitar Union Hall Youtube Channel https://www.youtube.com/@steelguitarunionhall |

That’s a beautiful pedal steel Bill! It will be interesting to hear about your progress on the D13 tuning. |
