My friend Gerry is selling several steel guitars. There are pedal steels and no pedal steels for sale. I am helping him with posting on the forum.
The 1st one is an Allison Non Pedal Steel Blue and he's asking $1385.00. It is now reduced to 1200. He is wanting everything to go. Please call me at 325.518.3947 cell or email me at tliver1956@gmail.com.
Next up is a Black Justice Single E9th neck on a D10 body. Very good looking Black Justice "The Judge" Model which is the top of the Justice line. Made well, 5 pedals and 5 knee levers, good craftsmanship, Solidly built steel, and sounds great and stays in tune. Gerry is now reduced both of these steels to $2800 and you pay for the shipping.
Also, we have another Purple Justice Single neck C6th tuning. A stunningly beautiful steel! I'll put up a couple of pictures for this one as well. Made well as the above steel, 5 pedals and 5 knee levers. This is also a Top of the Line "The Judge Model" Justice steel. It also sounds great and stays in tune. As stated above, Gerry has reduced this one to $2800 for this excellent steel.

I'd like to help Gerry by commenting very favorably on the Allison console non-pedal steel guitar.
It was crafted by my long-time friend John Allison, an excellent luthier in Austin TX. It's built on the Fender Stringmaster pickup configuration, a tried and true design. I like the stairstep body based on the National New Yorker template. Balanced tone and fine craftsmanship.

It's an 8-string C6 tuning, low to high: A C E G A C E D
My usual non-pedal tuning is 10-string C6, the standard C6 pedal tuning.

Interesting! It's not very often one sees pedal steels set up like the Justice is. Sometimes one has to double-foot on E9, which only makes sense to put the double-footed pedal in front of the right foot.
My Dekley is set up the same way. I'm not sure what Gerry's pedal does, but my right pedal brings the E's to F#, and that may be what his does.......Pat. |

Larry, if I wanted the Purple Steel could you change everything to the same E9th tuning as the Black One? I absolutely love that purple color…but I’m a Newbie and have never attempted tuning one…

Greetings Larry, I want to know if I purchase the purple Justice The Judge,
Can you, and would you change it from C6th to E9th including )Naturally) the Pedals and Levers to where there supposed to be? Or would that be to much trouble? As a Newbie I don’t as yet have the knowledge how to do that…I like the Color purple in that particular Pedal Steel But…it would have to change everything over to E9th Tuning. This is the 2nd time of inquired about this

| Jeffery, no one is going to convert a C6 only neck to a E9th neck for you. That is a major copedant change. Just look for a E9th guitar. |

| Changing copedent shouldn't be any problem as long as you have removable bell cranks. Standard C6 would typically have more changes than basic E9 so there should be enough components to make the change. |
