Here's the pics for Brian and he said there is a cover for it too. This serial number is indeed one of the latest Sho~Bud LDG 1991.

Brian - is the LDG still available, and if so, would you still take $3500?

o Mr Blackburn I am not a SCAMMER I have been playing steel guitar on and off for 35 years.Mr Ricky Davis helped me by putting my LDG on the forumn because I did not know how to do it.I am 89 years old and had a nasty accident 3 years ago and cannot lift anything heavy and also my hands are all messed up thats why I had my LDG put up for sale.

Ricky, a couple of observations about the later Sho-Bud guitars. If you notice the Sho-Bud decal does not say Nashville Tennessee under it. I recently acquired a 87 model Super Pro and mine does not as well. I had never seen that before, but its definitely original. also they went back to grover tuners instead of sperzels. again mine as well. the production numbers were extremely low in the last few years. looks like only 14 were built in 1991 making this a really rare bird.

Yeah Jack; when Fred Gretch "bought/took over" the Sho-Bud Company after Shot passed; he didn't continue any of the "endorsements" and then was able to change any of the Standards Sho-bud had Continuing.

that looks like a great guitar to me, and at that price I’m surprised it didn’t already sold , someone should jump on it while it’s still available
