I was listening to my Spotify playlist when this little gem came on. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it or how Moon played for this song. I would love to have someone's breakdown of his playing or thoughts.

Thank you!

Thanks for posting this. I've just recently discovered Wynn Stewart and Tommy Collins thanks to Spotify.

I am a rookie on PSG and Mooney is my favorite player. I love his raw West Coast style way more than the orchestral style and jazz chords played by some.

Thanks Norm. Those are great!

On a related NOTE, did Moon ever play a Major 7th? I don't think I've heard it.

If he didn't, then I don't have to.

If you like Mooney, listen to "Buck Owens Sings Harlin Howard" that came out in the 1960`s.

Ralph played the steel on most of the album but I just checked the liner notes and it's Ben Keith on My Boy

guess I'll keep looking!
