Tom was a super Drummer in his day. But more than that he was a great Road Manager for George Strait. RIP Tom and thanks for the memories we made over the years. aka SwampWater Fox Uncle LEO ACM Security babysitter for those great Artist & Musicians. |

Back in the day, I was green enough to sit in a poker game with Tommy and the Ace in The Hole Band. They cleaned me out. When I was leaving, the bandleader I was working with at the time said:" "Why do you think they call them the "Ace in The Hole Band." |

Oh this is so hard to hear, I haven't seen Tom in a long while but we go back a long ways, working with a couple of extra singer-songwriters other than Strait, huh LOL.
Tommy was a musical biz book.
I'll miss him, mainly I'll miss who he was, RIP, my brother.

Rip Tom, read that his uncle was Horton Foote who did the screenplay for one of my favorite movies, ‘Tender Mercies’ with Robert Duvall.
My condolences to his family! _________________ Regards, Craig

Tom was a good pal since 1976, but he was the drummer when he was playing with AITH, with Mike Daly on steel. Never knew Tom to be a steel player. _________________ My rig: Infinity and Telonics.
Son, we live in a world with walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with steel guitars. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg? |
