My guitar is a 1964 Fender Stringmaster. My effects chain MRX EQ, Morley volume pedal, TC Hellicon Talkbox, Korg tuner, Electroharmonix Canyon, Boss Compressor sustainer, Electroharmonix Oceans 11 reverb and into Fender Tone master, out of that and into a Tascam recorder.
But most of my tone comes from my fingers. |

Seems to work the opposite way for me where single note lines are easier than chords. On the lap steel.
Just the opposite on PSG. The chords are easier on PSG but the single note lines are harder to get it to sound good. |

It is always a pleasure listening to your stuff, Rich. Very natural sounding and relaxed. I like the throwback plate reverb sound, too. It never went out of style for me.
One thing though, if you have any control over what kind of ads are sponsoring your tunes, you might want to check in on them. I’m glad there was a 5-second skip button on the one I saw on your channel today. I thought somehow I had clicked on to the Dark Web. |

I don't have any sponsorship from YouTube. They don't pay me.
They are simply getting a free ride. But so am I because they give me a place to post videos.
But I don't need YouTube.
I have a Vimeo channel up and running. The sound quality is a lot better there and there are no gorge rising advertisements.
But unfortunately almost nobody will watch my videos when I put them up on Vimeo. It's as if people have an aversion to clicking on Vimeo.
There are so many better options than YouTube.
I think the only reason why everyone clicks on YouTube is because everyone is clicking on YouTube.

| I pay for a youtube membership so I never see the ads. I highly recommend paying the monthly fee if you watch a lot of youtube. Great stuff as always Rich. |
