I'm looking for an extension or "paddle" for my Franklin knee levers. I see Paul has them on his guitar but mine didn't come with them. Barry Coker said that Johnie King might make a slip on extender?

thx

bob

GFI made me one. After I bought a guitar from them, Gene Fields walked up to me at the Dallas show, and gave it to me. I didn’t ask for it, but it was great.

It didn’t require any drilling or tapping , it had a channel for the lever, and had set screws that held it in place.

That’s as best as I remember it, it’s been a while.

Those flags are pretty easy to make I would just need to know what size you would need. Also unless the lever is sent to me or you come to my shop. You would have to be responsible for drilling and tapping. Barry Coker should be able to make them for you as well.
thanks

If you type in the search

“Sweet spot knee lever flags you can build”

You can see them

Clever , because no drilling was required,

They looked nice as well,

Thx

I have a Franklin guitar and needed something to pad my knees. I went to the hardware store and bought clear tubing, slide them on and get instant relief. Then the levers fold up as they did.

I just need the width and thickness of your knee lever and which one your knee contacts a picture of the knee hanging down and the two measurments would be good.

One of these you need a milling machine the other one with a screw a person could make with 1/8 inch aluminum.
