I just listened to the last set of Operation Russless with Laney Hicks singing 'A Love Like Ours' (Buddy's Nameless Shuffle) with Buddy playing steel behind her. Even tho' no one has posted it recently that I have seen, it is still true.....

I hope I will always be able to remember that entire evenings performance at the Steel Guitar Convention. It was as polished, warm and entertaining as it could have been. The players and Laney were at the top of their games. |

Thanks Rebel; and I'm lucky that I have seen that before at some point; but now many many can see the brilliance of awesome music delivery, of both Emmons and Laney.
