Hey guys, I'm now back online! I've been working this website for months and while everything isn't quite like I want, I'm going to open for business.
I'm still fighting with some shipping issues but will work it out as we go along.
There's going to be errors in inventory as I've had to count 10's of thousands of parts over the past few months. Some Item may say in stock when they aren't and others say out of stock when I in fact do have them.
Items that were out of stock when I shut down are still out of stock. I've not run my machines in 7 months so I still have all of that to get caught up on.
The rumors are true and I have taken on all of the Carter inventory from Al Brisco. My deepest gratitude to Al for allowing me to do this. It has been over whelming to get it all inventoried and sorted out as I have little working knowledge of the Carter guitars.
I've had to familiarize myself with everything at once instead of doing it gradually as I have for the rest of the hardware that I make. Please ask questions about the Carters here on the forum as the knowledge base is far greater than what I know about the Carters.
The website is totally new and has a completely new look. The old one was over 12 years old and was it was showing. GoDaddy decided to discontinue that website platform so I had no choice but to rebuild.
I also have a new payment gateway so that is something else that I have to become familiar with. There may be errors with charges and shipping but I will do my best to make it all right.
I appreciate all of your patience though the last months. I know that it's been a great inconvenience but let me say that I appreciate all of your support over the past 12 years.
So, let's get on with it! I'll make it an y'all buy it! Deal??
Thanks folks
Michael Yahl
