I got this Princeton 112 in a trade. Sounds great.
Only issue is a loud pop when turning it on or off.
Something I can check or carry to a amp guy. |

If it has a standby switch, leave it on standby for a few seconds after turning it on, and put it on standby for a few seconds before turning it off. |

Even with the volume all the way off does not help when turning off. It is loud. Just gonna take it to a repairman. Too nice not to use. |

How old is the amp? Maybe it just needs a new switch. Pretty simple soldering/wiring job. |

As I understand it, a Princeton 112 is a 35 watt solid state amp, not the single 10” 12-watt tube amp with a standby switch.... _________________ MCI Arlington S-10 3+5, George L E-66, BJS & Emmons bars, Fender Stage Lead II 100W 1x12, Fender Satellite SFX, custom FX rack, 1983 Dobro 60D, SX-8 lap steel, Martin D16GT, Ibanez AS73, 1978 Rickenbacker 4000 custom. |
