Looking for input
I have changed strings regularly but over time my Carter D10 has started having some string buzz develop especially on the 4 - 7 strings. I tend to push the bar down harder in response but still hear it at times. Any thoughts on why or what I might do address this ?
Thanks to all. |

Yes drop a beed of 3 & 1 oil right down on top of the roller where the string goes over and the oil will leak down on each side of the roller and quiet the wiggling of the roller which is the buzz.

I had a battle with buzzing a few years ago and it was very annoying. I checked strings, action, and even changed a speaker. My problem turned out to be swelling from infection in my right ear. I still have that occasionally, thankfully not as bad though. I injured my right ear many years ago that left 50 percent hearing impairment in my ear. Ears can play some nasty ticks. _________________ You can observe a lot just by looking |
