You can see here that the snap on plastic part of the ball joint connection is broken. I’m looking for a replacement. Someone has painted this silver. They’re supposed to be black. Thanks.

look on Google "images" for small ball joints & look up a company called IGUS. Hope this helps.

You can find some thing to replace that Joint & possibly have a better joint.

Try taking it to an auto-parts store.
I "think" they're just old style carburetor parts.
(remember carburetors??)

Maybe one of the Sho~Bud guys can tell you if this connector will work there, but I think yours may pull at an angle. They have a 10-32 thread. May be easier to find.

Yes Jerry, that will work fine, as the LKL uses a 90 degree connectors on the rod from the LKL to the cross-shat. Have done it countless times.

Well I tried the part but it arrived and doesn’t fit. The ones they supply are too big. I’ve found these available from Show Pro and think I’ll give them a try.

Try McMaster Carr:

Thanks all for the suggestions. Jeff at Show Pro was kind enough to put one in the mail for me the other day. Thanks again Jeff!
