These are some great tunes from the Big E. Good to hear these again.

Scrapple, Killer Joe, Long Way to Go, Bouree' can all be found on a CD recording he did with Lenny Breau. Terrific CD of some jazz standards etc.

"Scrapple From the Apple" is a Charlie Parker standard. The A section changes are based on the old standard "Honeysuckle Rose". The middle 8 bars are based on Rhythm changes (ala Gershwin's "I got Rhythm"). Great old be-bop tune.
Anyone here who doesn't know who Charlie Parker is....will be completely lost.
