Hi all,

I am selling a BMI D10 8 x 7, Serial 831. Asking $2000 OBO.

I honestly don't know the condition of this pedal steel. I play the guitar, banjo, and lap dulcimer, and thought a pedal steel would be my next instrument to learn. So I picked this up at auction a few years ago with the intention of learning to play it, but then we had a baby. We just had another little one, and I simply think I won't have the time or the space to play this (...and remain married to my wife).

Needless to say, I am certainly not an expert in pedal steels. I would think that this one would need some sort of setup from a professional, but I think it appears to be in good condition. It comes with the Goodrich pedal and matchbox, as well as a case. I would be happy to try to take any additional photos or answer specific questions to the best of my ability.

I am struggling to add photos to this post, so I created a Google album. I'll try to reply to this message with photos once I figure out how to post them. The Google album can be found here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/Qd7ikL3MLikhZaR97

Thank you again!

-Mark

Daniel,

Thanks for the reply. That's a good question that I should have addressed in my original post. I would obviously highly prefer not to ship it, but would consider doing so if there are no interested buyers in Southern California/Las Vegas/Arizona.

Regards,

Mark
