Just bought a bigsby volume/tone pedal but only the volume works, not the tone. I took it apart to look inside and it seems like the tone pot isn't connected where it's supposed to be. Anyone have any help? I am a decent solder but I don't know shit about wiring. I feel like it's pretty simple...

Well you have one lug of the pot connected to a capacitor thru to ground so you would want to connect from hot on the output jack to the centre lug (wiper) on the pot. _________________ Duesenberg Fairytale

Looks like it's also missing the string for the tone pot. |

Indeed. Fortunately, a shoestring usually works fine. Also, it may be worth getting a replacement capacitor because there is a chance it has degraded over time and actually turned more into a resistor. This happens to "paper-in-oil" capacitors where the paper, if not acid-free, will degrade and cause capacitance issues. The same paper degradation is what turns old books yellow-orange.
I'm not sure of the factory value in the Bigsby pedals, but .047 and .022 microfarad are "ballpark".
Here's how to wire the Fender version of the Volume-Tone pedal. Circuitry-wise, they are basically the same so it'll work.
