1940's Eddie Alkire 10 string E-Harp
I believe this to be an Epiphone built.
Good condition, pickup works fine, turners are fine too. No degradation of material on tuners. A little dirty, figured new owner can clean it. Case is in pretty good condition, very serviceable. Controls are a little scratchy, need cleaned.

…if I didn’t have this guitar, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this one. It’s obviously a closet guitar, considering, especially, how the felt on the bottom appears to be unworn - that’s rare in itself. People talk about these tuning knobs deteriorating - but not these types (in what I’ve seen), but the oval ones found on the motts Alkires do. As Bill noted, the clear hand rest is still there - and intact, which, too, is a big plus, since it’s missing or deteriorated on many of this style. And it includes the original case.
Not that I’m an appraiser, by any means, and I know I’m less of an expert than many on here, but I consider this example a museum piece and definitely on the lower end of value at $800. The fact it hasn’t been snatched up is a bit of a mystery to me!
If this helps inspire a sale, let me add that the pickups on this style of Alkire are so smooth sounding - almost like a Rick bakelite (to my ears), and the adjustable poles ensure an even sound across the strings. I also like how the fretboard extends higher beginning around the 12th fret for more precise visuals when playing up that high.
