Fender Deluxe 8 string with OHSC and fender legs I couldn’t see a date under the tuners, but based on the case I believe this is early 1970s. In good working order.

$1600 shipped CONUSA

Has the kidney-bean tuners, pre-hex... so probably late '60s... with the poly finish. I have its brother in blonde. There might be writing on the pickup for the date, but that really doesn't affect the value much. Nice looking specimen.

Good looking guitar.

The hex turners appeared on these in 1968, same time as the Stratocaster. Also, the interior of the case in the early '70's was dark red, not orange. They offered these in black and cream in the early '70's, but not brown.
