Hey y'all.
I just recently bought a (I'm guessing) mid '70s ZB Custom SD11 online on Reverb. Although not the ideal model I was looking for, I couldn't pass up the deal; I just want to live in the tone zone.
Anyway, upon unboxing it, I noticed the C pedal was broken off, most likely from getting hit with a loose leg since it came without a leg bag.
I messaged the seller about the situation, but I'm honestly not sure how I should proceed. How easy is it to source a matching replacement pedal? If I weld the pedal back on, can I expect it to stay in tact? Is this the universe telling me I need to return it and wait until the perfect ZB comes my way??
I would love to hear y'all's thoughts on this.

A good aluminum welder could repair it, As good as original. This would allow you to play the guitar.
May want to look for another pedal to have a spare in your stash.
Good Luck and Happy Steelin. |

Check with Jim Palenscar and Billy Knowles. I've gotten ZB pedals from both of them. _________________ "To live outside the law you must be honest." (Bob Dylan) |
