In all seriousness there are probably pics all over the internet.
10k sounds low for this guitar. If I wasn't in the same age bracket I'd get out there and grab it before it's gone. Sweet sounding guitar but we know it's the player.

Sorry Damir....dad humor.

My gosh, Jay Dee, that guitar looks brand-new!

The Emmons "wrap-around" models have a reputation for fantastic tone, which is why the new Emmons Resound65 guitars were copied in every detail from Weldon Myrick's Emmons "wrap-around" guitar.
I'm sure you wouldn't have bought it if it didn't sound great!

It is my understanding that very few Emmons "wrap-around" guitars were produced, making this a very rare instrument.
And a D-11 Emmons "wrap-around" makes it even rarer!

Is that "BE 65" on the end-plate Mr. Buddy Emmons' initials? Another rarity!

Putting it all together, the rarity of this Emmons "wrap-around" guitar: tone, D-11 configuration, limited production, the Big E's initials--is astounding!

Whoever buys it is going to be one lucky guy (or gal)!

Bernie Watruba used to own a D11. It had 10 string spacing. He sold/traded the guitar. I saw it, possibly played it when he was living and playing in the Peoria,IL area sometime in the 80's.

Is this Chas Smith’s old guitar? If so I have played it and it is incredible.

I'm curious as to what recordings were done by Jay Dee using this guitar?
