Does anyone know an approximate DC ohm meter reading for the Fender Dual Eight trapeziodal pickups? i have two that don't seem to be reading correctly. Thanks,

Bob,I think you should get between 6K and 8K DC on those pickups..

Bob, FYI, I have a '52, D-8, which checks 12.2K & 12.3K ohms. Two '52 triple necks (Customs) all read between 10.9K & 11.9K ohms. These are all original. This D-8 is an outstanding sounding guitar that sounds better to me than the triples. Just my 2 cents worth. |

Most I have seen are 10-11K although I have seen a few lower. |
