Mike shows a really catchy use of lowering strings 6 and 10 at 4:28 on this video. You really have to keep cranking the volume pedal after picking those low notes to make them ring out loud and clear. He use the same series of riffs in a few different songs. The great Jimmy Capps and the rest of the band lay back to let Mike's guitar sound out front.

Looking for a link for Mike's pedal setup. Mike is one first rate player, smooth, etc,etc.

Mike's copedent has all standard changes but he is super tricky with how he uses it!

Greg, The way he plays on I Never Go Around Mirrors, D. Singletary is super knocked out, of course everything I've heard him do is first class.
