"The Tennessee Beat" was a 1966 movie partly shot in Nashville. The movie is unwatchable except for the invaluable views of Nashville: Broadstreet, The Ryman, and The Carousel Club on Printers Alley. Pete Drake did "I'm Just A Guitar (Everybody Picks On Me)" at the Carousel and I've always wondered who the second steel guitarist on stage was. I think I finally figured it out. Is it Jeff Newman?
