At least what brand of guitar. Pics of how it attaches to the bell crank would help too.
But, I have to disagree with Dave on the green highlighted part. I am sure there are hundreds, if not thousands, that raise the 7th string to G or G#. I have raised both of my F# strings to G on LKV since probably 1972 or 1973. I even had a 2nd LKL for a while on my Carter and a Williams that raised the 7th string to G#.
