Rayline D10 with no C6 knees?

Hey there,

I'm looking at a Rayline D-10 which needs a little work. It looks like there are no knee levers set up for the C6 neck. I'm not a C6 player yet, and all the copedents I see include knees. Is this a normal thing, to just play with pedals? Otherwise it's a normal Emmons setup for both necks: 8 pedals, 4 knees.

Also, what would the thing be worth, do you think?
