Hey,
Just wondering if anyone knows a way to get a good "Boo-Wah" like lap steels do by manipulating the tone knob while sliding......but on a pedal steel? Not talking about the 8th pedal, 10th string lower on a C6 psg (ala' Night Life). This would be for an E9 steel. I'd prefer not to carry around a wah pedal just for that, though.
Suggestions? Thanks! |

Wire in a tone knob. I am not sure why pedal steels don’t have tone knobs as standard. |

The tone knob and cap on my Emmons is adequate for that. Problem is the location down low between the necks makes it hard to grab quickly. _________________ LeGrande II, Nash. 112, Fender Twin Tone Master, Session 400, Harlow Dobro, R.Q.Jones Dobro |
