I bought this from Johnie King last Dec or Jan. Have not even plugged it up
since I had it. Johnie played it for me on the phone so I know it plays fine.
The pictures are from his post, it looks the same now as it did then.
I'm not going to play anymore due to my health. $2100.00 plus you pickup or
handle shipping on your end

Does anyone know if this is a Tom Brumley built guitar from Austin, Texas? No horns tells me it is? If so it should have a really good sound and growl. J.R. Rose

Yes he did Erv but before that he was in Austin. It is my understanding that is when he cut the horns off. I also understand that Jerry Fessenden worked with Tom then in Austin.

I saw and heard Tom play one of these in the Tulsa Guitar show

That black ZB was built in Texas when Tom Brumley owned the company. Either Austin or Kinsland. Basil used a completely different pulling system on his guitars. Of course the pick up has been replaced with a George-L. Looks really good and I,m sure its a sweet guitar!!!
