I use the polytune clip from T.C. Electronic. I don't clip it, just place it on the deck of my steel beside the keys. Works well. _________________ Justice S10 3x4 > Goodrich L120 > Roland Cube 80XL > MOTU M4 > Logic Pro

Prior to buying a Peterson tuner, I used the Peterson PitchGrabber clip-on pickup along with the phone app PitchLabPro. Currently I'm using a Peterson StroboPlus HD with the TC-3 clip-on pickup which keeps the tuner out of my signal chain.
If your phone has a headphone jack (or you have an old unused phone that does), the PitchLab Pro tuning app allows you to set up customized offsets and even has a "strobe" display. Not technically a clip-on tuner like you asked about, but it clips on, and it tunes. _________________ 1980 MSA Vintage XL S-10, 1975 Session 400

I have the bigger Peterson tuners, but the StroboClip is a wonderful backup, and is honestly probably all I would need. |
