ETS S10 E9 3x5
Lightweight all aluminum body - 24lbs (40lbs in the case).
3 pedals and 5 knee levers.
A couple small dings in the finish but over all like new.
Plays smooth and easy.
Easy to change the set up if you want.

Can a person still get parts for that guitar if they wanted to add a pedal or another lever or just add a couple pulls to existing levers?

I think Carter parts will work but the pedals look a bit different.
I don't know who bought Al Brisco's Carter parts.
Maybe someone knows...

It looks like the legs are a fixed length. There's got to be a way to at least level the back legs right?

Yes the back legs adjust for leveling on the bottom ends and have a lock nut/ring also.

Don’t want to hi-jack this but does anyone know where they had the aluminum frames built?

I installed a Carter pedal on my ETS.. No issues, but they aren't an exact match, if that matters.. I can say that that little guitar was a great instrument.. It sounded really beautiful.. old school sound that was in the vein of an old Bud, to my ears, with great sustain.. Tiny, and light as a feather, but very stable... I highly recommend an ETS to anyone....

There is a video of Al Brisco playing one of these somewhere on the SGC site, the tone is incredible. I can't find it now, maybe it was on the old site which used to come up as well. As I recall ETS stood for "East Texas Steel" and was Bud Carter's last venture after the Carter brand. Always an innovator.

EDIT found these on the tubes:
