Can anyone identify the tuning, or tunings, Bud used on his LP Rainbows Over Paradise? Are there any obvious give-aways?

As I understand it, Bud Tutmarc only used one tuning....C#m. I assume it would be a straight E major tuning with the 2nd string tuned up C#. EBEG#C#E low to high. I am not quoting with any authority here so if anybody knows better please chime in!
