Hi friends. I have accepted a gig in one month and half the material is on the C6 neck. My C6 neck was changed by the previous owner, so I had it put back to standard Emmons Nashville copedent.

As briefly as possible, could someone please tell me the MOST COMMON uses for chords on each of the five pedals? You don't need to mention string groups. I can find those. (EG:pedal 7 will get you a 5 chord and a 3 minor chord)

I have to learn 40 songs in the next two weeks, and I do farm work so any time I can save in learning pedal functionality would be most appreciated.

Thanks a million!
Jon

Glad to help. That’s from Paul Franklin’s “C6 Essentials” course in case you are looking for more C6 basics info. Good luck on the gig!

I could take a picture of it, but I don't see how to post a photo. How do I accomplish that?

Ha! I knew there was only one! Great to see you Jon. I wish I still had that telecaster I bought from you so long ago. I’m glad to see you’re still out there playing!

Check out Herb Steiner's web site, he has a C6 essay, which shows what chords you get with the pedals and pedal combos. Really helpful when starting out on C6, Good Luck, have fun. Steve Catt

Hey Catt
When I retired from the course business and had all that stuff taken off the website, the C6 Chord Essay must have gone away with it. Anyway, I can't find it on the website.

I do have it in PDF form, so if anyone sends me a PM (including email addy) requesting a copy, I'll get it to them that way in email form.

Herb, with my amount of retention I refer to your C6 essay a LOT, and THANK you for it ... here's the link to your essay.
