I just got a mid 70's steel. The body is a Marlen but all the components are 70's sho-bud. It has 2 knees and 4 pedals. The far left one is not connected to any change at this point. I guess you could it a "0" pedal. What change would you make out of it? Thanks |

The answer might depend on what the two levers do. _________________ Make sleeping dogs tell the truth!

Many options and opinions, of course, but right now I lean toward either G#~Bb or the Franklin pedal. _________________ KEVIN MAUL: Airline, Beard, Clinesmith, Donner, Evans, Excel, Fender, Fluger, GFI, Gibson, Hilton, Ibanez, Justice, K+K, Live Strings, MOYO, National, Oahu, Peterson, Quilter, Rickenbacher, Sho~Bud, Supro, TC, Ultimate, VHT, Williams, X-otic, Yamaha, ZKing. |

My first thought is lowering strings 3 & 6 G# > G.
Assuming Emmons pedals, the 0 pedal gives you an E minor (at fret zero) and combined with the A pedal you get an A7.
I have not been there or done that, myself. Just a mental exercise. |

I have just added a zero pedal to do just that and so far loving it. Opens up a bluesy style. |

John and Jon, I have that change on a "0" pedal and recommend it highly. Use alone for a minor--or with its neighbor the A pedal for a m6. |
