Picked up this "Jack-Pak" seat recently in a bundle deal, really a cool concept although it doesn't all quite seem to function exactly right & I haven't been able to sort out if it is wiring, power, or what. The two Boss units do work fine, but I couldn't get the re-housed steel driver to do anything and the main signal seems to go through it first so the original routing (as specified on the hand-written diagram that came with it) doesn't currently work. I was able to get some signal through other paths but I think it might need some reconfiguring/repair to be useable. The seat itself is in nice condition.

$475 with effects or $250 without them, plus shipping or meet me in striking distance of Portland.

"and how 'bout that AC strip"
Looks to be genuine Bakelite! (It is polarized, so maybe not as old as it looks!)

Yeah it's pretty cool - there is also a 4-gang outlet panel on the back. My favorite feature is the power button (the clear round thing poking up at the edge where the foam is) which lights up when you push it on!

Here are some more pics. Even if you aren't interested in the electronics, this is a great deal on a lightweight sidecar seat with built-in power!

OK looking to sell this seat without the two Boss units. I can leave the Steel Driver in there, it doesn't seem to work but may be fixable. How about $175 plus shipping, or local pickup?

I remember Jack Hearn and when he used this in his own rig. Very cool concept. Jack was a good man and good player.

Started getting some inquiries on this so better post an update - I got the steel driver working (turned out one of the battery leads was soldered to the wrong connection) and it's actually pretty cool, so I'm gonna hang on to it for a while at least & put it all back together and experiment a bit. I'll repost if I decide to put it for sale again. Thanks
