Regardless of how high or low I set my chair or steels, I still have great difficulty engaging a vertical knee lever. I posted a thread on this and got a lot of great ideas, but I can't seem to locate the original thread, so starting a new one.

Just went to Home Depot and found this baby in the plumbing aisle. It fits the Vertical knee lever of my sho-bud PERFECTLY and hitting the vertical is now easy to do. $4

The tube slides on the vertical knee lever and my knee presses against the T end.

Bill:

Isn't there a tendency for the fitting to rotate as you press upwards? What keeps the 'T' pointing downwards?

If it works, I need two for my Emmons!
