I do like the tone alot. Sometimes I find myself wishing for a second pickup.
That Melobar Tele is really a nice-looking instrument.

Adding and working with different pickups really can change the way you feel about a guitar, that pale yellow Tele version had good pickups but just didn't do it for me is why it finally hit the bench and got routered out and now I can't stop playing it...it's not really that tough to router even with a simple dremel, just going to take some patience and time but it truly can be worth it to have a guitar you love to play because it literally talks to you...sorry, rambling of an old man Smile
