Tal Farlow ending - C6th lap steel

Here's one of my favorite jazzy endings for the key of C or F. I got the ending chord from the playing of the great jazz guitarist, Tal Farlow. You could call it D over C, Cmaj9#11 and no-doubt, a few other names but it just sounds cool and ambiguous to me regardless of theory. I usually tag it on to my C6th arrangement of Shenandoah.
