Eminence Deltalite speaker

I have an opportunity to get a 12” Eminence Deltalite speaker. Are these suitable for use with pedal steel?

If you like sharp/crisp highs, then they might be okay. Personally, in the Eminence lightweight speaker series, I prefer the Kappalite because it's a bass speaker, and it isn't as "peaky" in the high treble regions. (But the Kappas cost a lot more.)

Generally, I find that bass speakers work better in open-back cabinets for the fuller/thicker tones that I prefer.
