I have a high buzz on the amp after being shipped to me. none of the amp selections work. any thoughts please

As a troubleshooting step, use a small patch cable to make a continuous loop in your pre and post effect sends/returns. There's one on front and one on back. If that fixes the issue then you know there's an issue with one of those, and you can figure out which one by trial and error.
