I have a Sho Bud Pro I with the 2 hole pullers with the brass inserts. My changer is a 2 raise, 2 lower changer. What I am trying to do lower my 6th string a full step with my RKL lever. I have the proper bell crank assmb. and rod. With everything properly connected. I can not lower the 6th string a full step without it wanting to raise the upper half of the changer. I have a Sho Bud Super Pro that I lower the 6th string a full step with no issues what so ever. Is the Pro I 2 hole puller not equipped to do that? |

Are you using a wound 6th? If so, try a plain 6th. |

Use the lower hole furthest from the cabinet top if you're using a plain string. You might to have to change the lever stop in question- if it still doesn't lower and is wanting to raise lessen the tension on the lower return spring. |

Also, put the rod through the changer in the hole farthest from the axle. _________________ Co-owner and operator: Emmons Guitar Co. |
