From a local estate, looks to be new in the box, never used. Works on a 9 volt battery or 9 volt AC adapter. Designed for guitar but can be used with pedal steel if you use right angle plugs coming out of the pedal. $75.00 shipped in the lower 48 states.

Larry: Does this pedal have a 500K ohm pot with a string, or does it operate some other way such as light beam or, photo cell? I'm interested as long as it doesn't have a 250K ohm pot. Thanks, Tommy.....

Tom, There is a small, string operated pot inside but I cannot read any rating on the side of it. I did look up a replacement pot and it said a 250K pot works for this pedal, so that is probably what is in it. Thanks for your interest.

Yep. I kinda' figured that. I don't know why these pedals always come with a 250K pot. Everybody knows 500K is what is needed. Thanks, Tommy.....

I replaced the scratchy 250K pot in an old EB pedal with a 470K, and my Tele doesn't like it!

470K or 500k is perfect for steel guitar. I wonder what the difference is. Tele's don't like 470K or 500K and steel guitars don't sound right with a 250K ohm pot. What the hell? Thanks, Tommy.....

The volume pots in the single coil Teles and Strats are 250K, in the Humbucker Les Pauls and SG's they are 500K. My Sho-Bud has a single coil, but sounds fine with a 500K volume pedal, must be the winding.
