Sonny,
The Beard sets were:
1 -.016-P
2- .018-P
3- .028-W
4.-.032-W
5- .035-W
6- .045-W
7- .056-W
8- .060-W
Some minor variation is fine, of course.
Cheers

I was able to order two sets through Beard for their MA8, but they don't stock them and it took a few months |

Local music store. A couple of extra singles and you are golden!
Strings are strings.

There are different ways to tune to 8 string G6, so you better know what version you’re interested in to get the correct gauges.
Howard’s string selection above appears to be for this tuning:
1. D
2. B
3. G
4. E
5. D
6. B
7. G
8. E _________________ Mark |
