I believe that model was officially called "The Compact". It came stock with 20 knee levers, most of which seem to be folded up in this picture.

At least they put a short key head on it to shorten it by one inch.🙂

I suspect that may be the fabled "long neck universal", with C6 on the bottom two octaves and E9 on the top two
