An all-original Triple-8 Stringmaster. No mods, repairs, holes or funny business. Original walnut color. Date determined by pencilled-in date under tuner pan.
It does not have a case.
The finish is not museum-quality perfect but it’s not beat up or gouged either.
$1650 + packing & shipping. It weighs 15 lbs. So, packed you’d be looking at around 20 lbs. Sorry, no foreign sales. Thanks for looking.

All due respect, that's the long scale 24.5" scale model.
The short scale is 22.5".

This Stringmaster has 3 dots past the 24th fret, thus the rule would imply 24.5", which I and many call medium scale. But there is some ambiguity in the terminology, some do call this 'long scale' for post '55 Stringmasters, when the 26" guitar was no longer available. Of course, an actual scale length measurement trumps all discussion of dots beyond the 24th fret. I've not seen an exception to the above rule, but I don't know if that rules one out. |

Thanks for the clarifications on its scale length.
I had made a note for myself of the date written under the nearest tuner pan. I double checked that note - 9/57. All the electronics, pickups, wiring are untouched. |
