I have ordered several parts from GFI. Usually in 3 days they are in or hanging on my mail box.
GFI sells knee levers in kits with everything for 2 pulls included. |

Contact GFI and they will get you what you need. I worked for them, and live here in Marshfield MO, where they build their Steels.
