I found this in the accessory pocket of an instrument I purchased years ago. It's basically in new condition. No signs of much if any use by the previous owner. I tried it briefly, but quickly decided I like my Fred Kelly Slick Picks better, so it's been sitting in a drawer ever since. I think this must be the original series. Aside from the logo, the only marking on it is L for large. Blue Chip now makes a bunch of variations. I'm guessing this corresponds to what is now called a BCT-1L. New ones are $40.
I'd really prefer to trade this for an equivalent value in interesting boutique flatpicks. I like larger picks (can't hang onto those tiny "jazz" models) with a thickness between 1.4mm and 3mm. Dragon's Heart, Wegen, Blue Chip -- let me know what you've got to trade.
If you have nothing suitable to trade but want the pick, feel free to make me an offer. |
