Goodrich Model 14B Volume pedal

Has anyone ever encountered one of these? It was with a guitar that I recently traded for, I've looked on the internet and can't find anything comparable or this particular Goodrich model for that matter. I've reached out to Goodrich for info but haven't heard back from them so far. This one seems to have been altered.

I have a guitar amp that doesn't have an effect loop and this might be solution for that if it works worth a darn.
